| He plays a number of positions at Seminole. Primarily, he's their QB and FS and had an outstanding senior season, leading his team to the Class 6A state championship. Armstrong is a gamer who is very smooth in the secondary, especially for a player his size. He runs well, plays hard, and can play either free or strong safety. -- Mike Bakas |

Armstrong led his team to a 6A State Championship during his senior year. He rushed for 1,044 yads on 187 carries for 19 touchdowns. He completed 95 of 174 pass attempts for 1,297 yards and 13 touchdowns. He caught three passes for 29 yards and a touchdown.
Defensively, Armstrong had 60 tackles with two interceptions.
The senior was named 6A FSWA All-State First Team DB, All-Central Florida Defensive Player of the Year, Seminole Athletic Conference Conference First Team (coaches vote)defense and Second Team offense, Orlando Sentinel's All-Southern team (FL), and The Press Register's Super Southeast 120.
Talented two-way player who had 639 yards passing, three touchdowns, and eight picks as a junior. On defense, he had over 30 tackles and two picks at safety. |
