| Stroung at the point of attack and fast in backside pursuit, Lott is an ideal defensive tackle candidate. He can use his big wingspan to clog passing lanes, but he is also very good at playing with leverage and using his height as an advantage. Adept at getting off of blocks or controlling them, Lott's first step isn't his fastest, but once he's moving, he covers a lot of ground in a hurry. Scott Kennedy - Scout.com |

2008: 60 tackles, 50 assists, 110 total, 18 tfls, 10 sacks, five caused fumbles, six tipped passes and two fumble recoveries.
Lott was the Marietta Daily Journal Defensive Player of the Year and Cobb County Touchdown Club Defensive Lineman of the Year. He made the Georgia Athletic Coaches' Association North All-Star Team, and he was named 1st Team All-State for AJC and Associated Press, and for the GACA.
2007: Lott totaled 63 tackles with 10 sacks, an impressive sack total from the interior of the defensive line. He helped North Cobb to an undefeated regular season and a first round playoff appearance. |
