2008: 2A First Team, All-State FSWA.
2007: Battles was voted All-State First Team 2A by the FSWA for his junior season. He had 2,100 yards rushing on 275 carries with 25 touchdowns with 11 catches for 133 yards and 2 receiving scores. Defensively he had 70 tackles and two interceptions, 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovered.
Battles also excelled on special teams with seven punt returns for 150 yards and two touchdowns and four kick returns for 120 yards. |
