Biography:
2008: Plasencia caught 23 passes for 256 yards and a touchdown. He recorded 62 tackles with 27 solo, three sacks and two fumble recoveries. He was named FSWA 3A Second Team All-State TE.

2007: Plasencia finished the season with 19 catches for 179 yards.
