| Biography: |
| During his 2008 junior season at El Cajon (Calif.) Valhalla, Peter Thomas threw for 3,161 yards on 69% passing, with 28 touchdown passes to five interceptions. He also ran for six touchdowns. In the CIF Championship game, was 25-for-33 for 308 yards.
Thomas threw for 1,960 yards and eight touchdowns during his 2007 sophomore year. Also ran for three touchdowns and caught a touchdown pass for the Norsemen.
Thomas says he’s considering majoring in either criminology or communications and reports a 3.9 core GPA and a 1560 SAT.
Thomas: “I think I have good footwork and am pretty accurate. I have a fairly strong arm and I’m a good pro-style quarterback. I like to drop back and throw it, but I can also move well and feel like I can make something out of a bad play.
“But it’s not like I’m gonna be breaking an 80-yard touchdown. I’d like to improve my speed and my movement. I also want to improve my arm quickness.”
