| As junior at Corona (Calif.), Jordon James ran for 1,135 yards in five games before suffering a season-ending injury. Named First Team All-League and Honorable Mention All-County. James also plays baseball and runs track (10.6 100m, 22.0 200m, 22’ LJ). He plans on only playing football in college. James says he can bench 335-pounds, squat 450 and claims a 39-inch vertical jump.
As a sophomore, James was First Team All-League and Sophomore All-State Team when he had 217 carries for 1,405 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Partial senior (2-5) stats: seven touchdowns rushing and two scores receiving as well as one passing touchdown
James reports a 3.2 core GPA and an 850 SAT.
James: “I have great speed and quickness. I’m explosive and have great vision. I’m very fast and always moving. I think I’m like a home run hitter. I can break the big play.
“But I want to work on being more physical.”
