| Darmstatter is more known for his exploits as a pass catching tight end than as a blocker. He is still a solid blocker at the point of attack, just not as devastating and consistent as Haplea and Barker. | Jarrett Darmstatter caught 20 passes for 263 yards and three touchdowns as a junior. On defense, he made 75 tackles, sacked the quarterback twice and forced two fumbles. He says he can bench 340-pounds and squat 450.
Darmstatter reports a 3.3 core GPA and a 1320 three-part SAT and 930 two-part SAT.
Darmstatter: “I’m great at blocking and run good routes. I can find the ball on defense and get there fast. I really like both positions. I’ll play whatever they need me.
“I want to get faster and improve my route-running still.”
