| Baker is still learning the linebacker position, but his natural ability and athleticism make him one of the best in Florida. He has a lot of speed, he drives his body through opponents when making tackles, and he will be a good weakside backer in college. He plays a lot of running back and he started out as a defensive end in high school, so his best football is ahead of him when he focuses on just linebacker. - Chad Simmons |

| 2008: Baker had 80 tackles, 18 tackles for a loss, four sacks, six forced fumbles and four recovieries. All-County First Team. He also added 700 yards and 15 touchdowns on the ground from the running back position. |
