| Lorenzo Waters finished his junior season with five sacks, four interceptions and six tackles for loss.
Partial senior (11-0) stats: over 60 tackles and two interceptions
Waters plans on majoring in engineering and reports a 3.2 core GPA and a 1390 three-part SAT.
Waters: “I can identify the different offenses and make plays. I try to get my team hyped up and I’m like the quarterback of the defense.
“I like to hit and be physical. I have great cover skills, but I’m still working on my one-on-one coverage. I want to improve my technique and I’m watching a lot of NFL Network and seeing how the pros do the little things.”
