| Blue is a running back that runs like a slasher. He is taller back that runs fairly upright and can make a lot of nice cutbacks. He has quick feet and good body control. He runs high and running better behind his pads would give him more yards after contact. He is a better guy outside of the tackles now, so improving his power game will make him a more balanced back. | Alfred Blue finished his junior season with 10 touchdowns rushing and starts his senior season on Sept. 4. He says he can bench 295-pounds, squat 525 and claims a 37-inch vertical jump.
Partial senior (6-1) stats: 769 yards rushing for 16 touchdowns
Blue reports a 3.0 core GPA but says he hasn’t taken the SAT or ACT yet.
Blue: “I can catch the ball out of the backfield and I’m a balanced runner. I have good power and finesse.
“I want to work on my breakaway speed and vision. I want to find the holes better.”
