| Probably the fastest player in the nation for the class of '04. Carter won the state 400 meter title as a freshman. He won both the 200 and 400 as a sophomore, and he will be going for the 100, 200, 400 trifecta as a junior.
On the gridiron, his speed was put to good use as he had 23 catches for over 800 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior.
