| Biography: |
Carter was selected to the third team all-state team as a junior by not allowing a touchdown and by intercepting nine passes. His strenghts are his speed and his leaping ability. Carter is also an excellent special teams player. Carter was named MVP of the Gainesville Nike Camp. Team did not throw his way during his senior season and he finished with four interceptions and three blocked kicks.
