Samuels played at weakside linebacker last season for the Cavaliers, and he has been clocked at 4.75 seconds in the 40-yard dash. Colleges are impressed with his rare package of size and speed, as well as his versatility--he has played tight end, running back and linebacker and could potentially develop into a defensive end down the road.
