| One of the top rushers in the state this year, Berry is a tough, downhill runner. A bit of a short-strider, he doesn't really run away from people, but he has enough game speed to eat up 20-30 yards in a hurry, Very strong upper body allows him to thwart would-be tacklers and gain yards after contact. Is a bit of a slasher and rarely runs around people. Very physical player who has exceptionally soft hands--Burke Hayes |

One of the nation's top running back prospects, Jaamal Berry rushed 140 times for 1,033 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior in 2007. He also had five receptions for 30 yards. Berry says he can bench 340-pounds, squat 430 and has a 38-inch vertical jump.

Berry: "I'm a total package. I can run in between the tackles or run outside. I keep the defenders on their toes because they never know what I'm going to do.
"I'd like to make my whole game even better, but I'm really working on my reads and hitting the holes better and running with more power."
