"They called me and they called Coach Bonner (Cedar Grove Head Coach) inviting me to play in the Under Armour game and I am excited," Greene told Scout. "I get to go down to Orlando to play against some of the top prospects in the country and I am very excited about the opportunity."
Greene is a 6-foot-5, 292 pound offensive tackle out of Ellenwood, Ga. He is a top 10 offensive tackle in the South.
Stadnik is a 6-foot-5, 285 pound tackle out of Greensboro (GA) Western Guilford and Guillermo is an interior lineman that is committed to Clemson to play center out of Maryville, Tn.
A number of other talented prospects on the offensive side of the ball are now calling themselves Under Armour All-Americans.
Here is that list:
Hueytown, Ala. quarterback Jameis Winston is one of the best in the country at his position and he will be named the top signal caller in the South on Scout in the near future.
Tight ends Colin Thompson (Warminster, Pa.-Archbishop Wood) and Justin Meredith (Anderson, S.C.-T.L. Hanna) are both big-time recruits and they play the same position in different ways. Meredith is more known for being that big receiver type (6-5/215) at tight end because of his size and hands while Thompson (6-5/255) is more the 'old school' type that is big, strong, and a perfect fit for a pro-style offense.
On the edge at wide receiver, Darius Powe will be representing the west coast down in Orlando in January 2012. Powe is a 6-foot-2, 186 pound wide receiver that is being targeted by just about every school in his part of the country.
Moving over to the defensive side of the ball, four talented rising seniors have committed themselves to this prestigious game.
Davis (6-4/225) is one of the hottest prospects in America over the last month and he is an athlete that will play outside backer in this game. Rose (6-0/215) is already committed to Nebraska and he will play inside linebacker. Fields (6-4/225) is a lean defensive end that could be a stand-up linebacker on the next level in certain defensive fronts. Casher (6-4/240) is a lot like Fields. Both are very athletic and Casher has played all over the field at Faith Academy. He is a true rush end.
An elite athlete and Scout's top prospect in South Carolina is also set to play in this game. Shaq Roland is being recruited as an athlete by many schools and he could be a free safety or wide receiver on the next level. The 6-foot-2, 180 pound star out of Lexington, S.C. expects to play wide receiver in this game. On the recruiting front, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina are in the mix, and he plans to make an early decision.
