The Right Place For Me
It's a relief and a weight off his shoulders. Dante Fowler says he can finally relax and look forward to his college career. "I'm just glad I got it over with," he said after announcing his intentions to play at Florida in college. Fowler says the decision was not as difficult as some thought it would be. At the end of the day, it came down to coach Will Muschamp. "Coach Muschamp is a defensive minded coach and that means a lot to me. I fit well in their system at Florida and I see myself playing early there. I know it will be hard work but I really feel comfortable with that coaching staff and this was the right decision. Florida is the right place for me." Fowler says he has already been recruiting other players to join him in Gainesville. "I wanted Tracy Howard to commit to Florida with me but I guess he's going to Miami. Now, I'm hoping Nelson Agholor commits to UF. We have a great class and I'm just glad I'm finally part of it."
