High school football practice began on Monday in the state of Mississippi. For many players and coaches the recruiting process will now take a backseat to pre-season preparations. A few prospects around the state are still contemplating their college futures, while at least one standout is ready to make the call.

Next to announce Jackson Academy three star offensive guard reported yesterday that he will make his college decision public on Monday. Mississippi State and Southern Miss are the two finalists.
