Scout on the Town - Week 2 Review
Brandon Huffman, National Recruiting Analyst Bothell (Wash.) Bothell vs. Sammamish (Wash.) Skyline Max Browne (Sammamish, Wash./Skyline), is the nation's top quarterback, and in his first game of the season, started a little slow, before settling into a rhythm and helping the Spartans rally from a 13-0 deficit early. The Spartans offense was missing several key starters for the opener, so it took Browne a while to get going, but when he did, he did what he does best; pick apart opposing defenses. Browne doesn't get fazed, and the early deficit didn't seem to concern him at all. He finished with a pretty efficient 24-for-35 passing, 291-yard stat line that included a touchdown and an interception (that was tipped).
