Junior CB Terrence Alexander from John Curtis Christian pulled in his second BCS offer this month…
Stanford offers Terrence Alexander
Terrence Alexander added his third offer when Stanford pulled the trigger yesterday. "Coach Anderson wanted to make sure about my academics," Alexander said. "I told him about my grade point average and how I'm in the National Honor Society. "Stanford has been looking at me for awhile. Coach Anderson congratulated me on the offer and told me to keep in touch." Alexander was excited to add the offer to his list, which also includes Ole Miss and Tulane. "It feels real good," he said. "My dad's side of the family are all from California, and we're always looking for a way to get out there to visit. I want to visit the campus as soon as possible." Alexander his teammates at John Curtis Christian challenge Tampa Plant this evening in a clash of nationally-ranked teams. "We've been watching a lot of film," he said. "It should be a good game. First and foremost, we have to capitalize on special teams to win - and control the clock." Curtis is 1-0 on the year after downing St. Paul's of Covington last Saturday afternoon, 26-7. Two weeks ago, Alexander picked off a pass and returned it for big yardage in a 42-0 jamboree (preseason tune-up) rout of Covington High.
