‘Cuse offers in-state ATH

Syracuse's new coaching staff, led by former defensive coordinator Scott Shaffer, has been hitting the recruiting trail looking to wrap-up the class of 2013. Offers have been changed, and more have been extended, including to an in-state standout passed on by the previous staff.
