WR Spring Risers in Texas

FOX Sports NEXT takes a look at a few players in the state of Texas who have started to see some movement in the recruiting process. In fact, we estimate that this spring even more interest, and offers will come their way. Check out the players we think will keep college coaches coming to their school in heavy rotation.
