"I haven't been able to talk to any college coaches recently because our head coach resigned," said Eric Kumah. "I did get some mail from Ohio State right before he resigned, though." Despite the coaching change, Kumah has holds early offers from Old Dominion and Tennessee. He will look to add more this summer. "I know I'm going to one-day camps at West Virginia, Maryland and Ohio State," said the 6-foot-3, 198-pound Kumah. For now, his main focus is becoming a better player. "I'm working to get faster – I need to get my 40 time down," he said. "I'm also trying to get stronger and improve my footwork." He has high goals for his junior campaign. "I want to score more touchdowns that last year," Kumah said. "And I also want to break more tackles and get more yards after the catch. "Team-wise – we already have good chemistry from last year. We also made it to the playoffs for the first time in school history, so we want to stay on that track." In five games last season, Kumah finished with 19 catches for 337 yards and five touchdowns.
