Pool A: Mesquite, Garland Lakeview Centennial, Cedar Hill, Arlington Seguin
All eyes will be on Cedar Hill and its slew of top prospects. Wide receiver DaMarkus Lodge leads the charge as a Scout five-star, but 'The Hill' also has super studs like Aca'cedric Ware and Richard Moore who have offers from a wide array of programs.
Pool B: West Mesquite, Wilmer-Hutchins, Wylie, Rockwall
Mississippi State commit Chason Virgil was solid in the spring game and has an array of weapons like Akilian Butler and Dee Anderson to look for. Xavier Castille from Rockwall is one of my top sleepers in the DFW, he is always open as a top playmaking receiver.
Pool C: Mesquite Horn, Sulphur Springs, Mesquite Poteet, Plano
This is a powerful pool with a bunch of top talents. The top-ranked 2015 in the state, LB Malik Jefferson, plays for Poteet as does four-star athlete DeAndre McNeal. You also have Texas A&M commit Larry Pryor. Horn and Plano also have D1 caliber guys to watch.
Pool D: North Mesquite, Garland, Grapevine, DeSoto
DeSoto boasts receivers Kevin Thomas and Akile Davis, who both have nice offers lists in their recruiting profiles. Thomas may be one of the more undervalued targets as he is right on par with almost any talent in the state. Quarterback Tristen Wallace will be intriguing to watch because the 7v7 game will test his reads and quick decision making, he is clearly one of the more athletic specimens in the 2016 in-state class.
