Washington, 5-foot-11, 205-pounds, made his second trip to see the Buckeye program and came away impressed.
"It was great being back here again and talking with Coach (Stan) Drayton," Washington stated. "I also spent time with Urban Meyer, which was great. I wanted to get a feel for how Coach Drayton is to work with, and I spoke to one of the senior runningbacks (Rod Smith) about him."
"Coach Meyer said he loves my film, and he said I fit his offense perfectly," he added. "He didn't pressure me to commit, but he told Coach Drayton I'm the runningback he wants for the 2016 class, which was good to hear."
"I'm going to have a top-15 by August, and Ohio State has a strong chance of making it," he continued. "Distance won't be a factor for me, because I'm looking to see if the school fits me. The Ohio State coaches compared me to Carlos Hyde, and that's a great player to be compared to. I'm going to make my decision next year at this time."
With offers from nearly every top program in the country, Washington is going to have a multitude of great options.
