Decided I'm going to be a Red Raider. Guns Up! pic.twitter.com/fp8YJgOp7F— Conner Dyer (@Dyer_Football) July 29, 2014
He chose Texas Tech over offers from Baylor, California, UCONN, LSU, Miami, Mississippi, Navy, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Oregon, SMU, Stanford, TCU, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCLA and Virginia.
Dyer is the eighth commit for the Red Raiders of the 2015 cycle and the fifth four-star or higher rated recruit by Scout.com in that group. Dyer, Stephenville quarterback Jarrett Stidham, who was recently bumped to a five-star prospect, Port Arthur Memorial running back Corey Dauphine and Riverside Community Collge offensive tackle Lio Lafaele gives the Red Raiders four four-star or higher rated commits in the class on the offensive side of the ball.
