Trojans offer S100 TE

Who has not offered junior tight end Isaac Nauta? Not too many schools haven't when talking national powers. USC added their name to his offer list Monday...

It was the Trojan's turn Monday, September 1.

USC offered Scout 100 tight end Isaac Nauta a scholarship and the 6-foot-4, 240 pound junior has well over 20 offers now.

He is one of the top prospects in Georgia regardless of class and he plays for one of the top programs in America in Buford.

"I talked to USC over the phone and that is how I found out about the offer," said Nauta. "They told me I am exactly what they want [at tight end].

"They like how I can block and run routes. They want to use the tight end in their offense a lot."

Nauta, the No. 3 tight end and No. 71 overall prospect on Scout in the 2016 class has named schools like, Florida State, Georgia, Ole Miss, and South Carolina as his favorites in the past, but the Trojans now have his attention.

"I am still open to all options at this point," said Nauta. "I don't know a lot about USC at this time, but former Buford player, Ryan Dillard goes there, and he tells me I need to check it out."
