De La Salle's Terrance Kelly Is Rising Fast

One prospect who is quickly rising up the charts as one of the elite prospects in the West Coast this year is Concord (Calif.) De La Salle's Terrance Kelly. Kelly has been dominant on both sides of the ball but we like him at linebacker and feel he's one of the top three prospects in the region at that position.

Kelly, 6-0, 210 pounds has taken over the primary running duties this season with Jackie Bates out for the season with a fractured foot. The athlete has shined and was the player of the game against Shreveport (La.) Evangel Christian last Saturday after rushing for 106 yards on 15 carries and scored two touchdowns.
