Hip injury will keep Gore out second game in a row

The 49ers will be without two of their top three running backs Sunday in Tennessee, and - with eight players listed as questionable or worse on Wednesday's injury report - they could have as many as six players miss this week's game against the Titans.

QUESTIONABLE - LB Rocky Boiman (knee); WR Tyrone Calico (calf); TE Erron Kinney (calf); QB Steve McNair (back)
