Watson Attends Terp Practice

For the first time since his verbal commitment to Maryland earlier this month, five-star wide receiver Lansford Watson made the three-and-a-half hour trip down I-95 to College Park and took in Maryland's morning practice Wednesday. And Watson, always a bubbly personality, was still overflowing with enthusiasm a day later.

“I live it, I love it,” he said. “I like the enthusiasm of their team. I also like the way their together. On the field they go [hard] against each other, but once they get off the field, they’re still homeboys,” he said. He also spent some time hanging out with Dunbar (D.C) blue-chipper Arrelious Benn, the nation’s No. 1 wide receiver, who has been spending a good deal of time in College Park...
