TIGARD, Ore. - Like a train leaving the station, potential passengers have a choice - they can get on board before it's too late, or they can wait in the hopes that the same train will come around and get them to where they need to go. Scott Grady didn't want to wait any longer, and he knew his scholarship offer to Oregon could go as quickly as it came if another recruit snatched it up.
