Quitman vs. D'iberville

Quitman vs. D'iberville

D'iberville hosted Quitman in a 2nd round playoff game that turned into a lopsided affair in favor of the home team. A few of the prospects will find a home on the next level.

Scout.com Road Report
Kevin Norwood D'iberville HS (MS) WR | S / #24
C/O 2009
[GALLERY:]
Scout's Take: Kevin was a virtual unknown this time last season and today he is one of the top undecided prospects in the state of Mississippi. While still a bit on the thin side, Kevin is an extremely gifted player. He has tremendous ball skils. Kevin is always looking for a way to move his team forward on either side of the ball. His length will allow him to add some bulk without hurting his top end speed.
Jacoby Bell D'iberville HS (MS) WR | DB/#11
C/O 2009
[GALLERY:]
Scout's Take: Bell has thinned down and toned up. He appears to be in the best shape of his high school career. Jacoby is still the most aggressive player on the field most nights and his desire to win makes him an attractive prospect. He lined up and played some running back on Friday. He has the versatility to fit in where he is needed.
Mark Seymour D'iberville HS (MS) RB | CB / #6
C/O 2009
Scout's Take: Mark is a player who plays bigger than his program height and weight. He has worked hard in the weight room. He has no problem taking or delivering a hit. He may end up at defensive back at the next level probably at corner.
Dylan Holley D'iberville HS (MS) OG | DT / #70
C/O 2010
Scout's Take: Dylan appears to really enjoy the close contact of interior line play. He does a good job gaining leaverage on both sides of the ball. He will be an interesting prospect to watch this summer during the combine and camp sessions.
Patrick Hearn Quitman HS(MS) WR | CB #27
C/O 2009
Scout's Take: I first got to know Patrick this summer at my camp in Tupelo. He has added some muscle since then and I believe he has the ability to play division one football. He matched up with Kevin Norwood on both sides of the ball all night and held his own. He is as competitive as any player I have seen this year. He truly plays with a love for the game. We will be hearing more from Hearn.
