Johnson leads a strong in state class

The 2010 signing class is now in the books. What started with the junior days of February and March, ended with the official visits of January. Countless telephone calls, letters and hours of watching video tapes narrowed the pool of hundreds to a final list of 26. With the evaluation process beginning for the class of 2011, we take one final look back at the class of 2010.

Coach Dan Mullen said from day one that his staff would recruit the home state of Mississippi extremely hard. In his first full signing class, Mullen followed through on the promise by inking 16 Mississippi High Schoolers plus three prospects form the Mississippi Junior College ranks. Of those 16 home state prepsters 12 of them were named All-State, the highest total of any in state University...
