Preseason football camps in Florida kick off in less than a month. Spring games and most camps/combines are now in the books so lets take a closer look at some of Florida's top prospects. In this installment, we look at who Mike Bakas believes are players 66-70.

66. PHILLIP ELY, 6-1, 186, Tampa (Plant) As a prospect: He lacks ideal size and arm strength but he's very smart, very accurate, and all he's done at the prep level is win. He helped Aaron Murray win a state title the year before, filling in at key moments and then led Plant to the title in his first year as the starter.
